Operation Christmas Child is sending out their Christmas Shoe Boxes around the world again and we would love to participate together as a church. For the next 3 weeks bring supplies in to the church and then on Friday November 17 come on out to the church and bring the whole family to enjoy some free pizza, hear the story of the shoe boxes, and pack them all together!

Join us for a Family Slide at Bridal Falls Waterpark! This event is for families with children, youth, and their friends to enjoy a fun day of waterslides!

We have made a group reservation which means saving you money with the group rate! $22 per person (or $10 if you don't want to ride the slides) instead of the general admission of $32 per person. This is the same rate for all ages, however kids 2 years old and under are free.

In order to receive the group rate, you need to sign-up and pay for this event on our church website, and then the church will pay the waterpark for our group on the day.

Family Unite Games Night!!
Our Youth Director Richard Franckiewicz has been so kind and is allowing us access to the youth room where we will be ale to play shuffle board, air hockey, froze ball and SO much more. We will also have set up in the Hall way upstairs table with games and actives and available in the class rooms will be bouncy castle!!
There will be snacks and treats for everyone!!

VBS Soccer Camp Conclusion

On July 10th at 10:00 a.m. we will have a kid-friendly Worship Service, which will be the conclusion of our VBS Soccer Camp.

The kids will get to sit with their Team Leaders and Helpers to watch the conclusion of our VBS Movie and dance and sing to the ‘Tim Tam Slams,’ go over the memory verses with ‘BC Boy,’ hear from Pastor Rod, and much more!

BBQ Lunch-You’re Invited!

After our Soccer Sunday Service, there will be a free hot dog BBQ out on the field. Kids, parents, grandparents, everyone is invited! Please remember to bring lawn chairs, a picnic blanket, or anything else that you’d like for the BBQ. We hope to see you there!

VBS Volunteers please come to a quick (approx.1hr), informative training time at the Church to prepare you for the week with the kids. You can also collect your t-shirt at this time.

On June 26th Corina Soria (Clements) from El Jordan street ministry in Bolivia, will be with us in our Service. Location has changed due to the heat. If you'd like to hear more about her ministry join us for a potluck lunch at 12:00 at the Church! Bring some food to share!

It’s the day after Christmas, but we know our Sardis Kids are still in the mood to celebrate!

Grab the family, put on your Christmas sweater and join us on Boxing Day as we plan to have a family-friendly Worship Service together. Everyone is welcome!

Our Sardis Kids have been working hard practicing Christmas songs to perform during our Worship Service on December 19th, and they’d love for you to be there to watch them perform. So, parents, grandparents, friends, come on out to see our Sardis Kids perform: “Away in a Manger”, “O Come All Ye Faithful” and “What a Glorious Night”!

Christmas is just weeks away, and Sardis Kids is once again raising money for the El Jordan Ministry in Bolivia, which will provide much needed school supplies for the kids there.

Our Sardis Kids have created Christmas masterpieces, and submitted them to us for consideration. Of the submissions we have selected 6 designs to print on the front of Christmas cards, and as of Nov.28th packs of Christmas cards will be for sale to raise funds for the El Jordan Ministry.

How does it work?

You purchase (by donation) packs of Christmas cards to distribute to friends/family this holiday season, and all proceeds will go towards the El Jordan Ministry.
Cards will be sold in packages of 6, featuring one card of each selected design.
Packages will be for sale by donation, and you can order as many packages as you’d like!

Bridal Falls Waterpark allows external food & drink, so you can bring your own lunch or snacks as you like. There is a place within the park to buy food as well.

Additional info:
Our church’s reservation at the waterpark gets you a discount at the door and a covered area with tables for your belongings. You will need to pay for your family at the door when you show up. The park website does allow you to buy tickets online in advance but you won’t get the discount that way.

Sardis Kids, get your family together and come out to the Church on Easter Sunday and participate in our Sardis Kids & Family Egg Hunt!

Arrive any time between 11:30am and 12:30pm, park in the front parking lot, and we’ll be walking around the property searching for plastic eggs. Once some plastic eggs have been collected, they can be traded in for chocolate ones! Also, a special prize will be given to those who can spot the golden egg!

This event is free and no sign-up is required. But, please be sure to bring your own basket/bag for egg collection. Also, please note that proper distancing from one another will be observed.

It’s going to be so much fun! Can’t wait to see you there!

Join us on Jan 31st for our first Family Unite event of 2020! Come at 5pm with the whole family for dinner and a game in the foyer. After dinner, kids will head down the hall for fun and learning (Nursery to Gr.4 downstairs, Gr.5 and up upstairs) and parents head to the Sanctuary for connecting over the theme of "Biblical Literacy in the Home". This is a great time for your family to connect with other families in the Church and be equipped in the faith. We hope you'll join us!

Sardis Kids will be decorating cookies this morning and then selling them in the Foyer after today's service to help raise money for school supplies for kids in Bolivia. We invite you to help support this cause by purchasing some delicious (and beautifully decorated!) treats.

On Friday we are going to enjoy each other’s best international dish (please bring one!) as well as hear updates and prayer requests of our missionaries. We will also hear about the recent Voice of Hope trip to Africa with Maryanne Westeringh and Brooke Wedel and have a Bolivia 2020 Missions Team Update. We can't wait to taste what you come up with!

If you've come to Sardis Fellowship in the past couple of years but have not yet attended this lunch, you're invited! This is a light lunch for you and your family to get to know our Leadership Team and a bit more about the life of Sardis Fellowship. It is on Nov.10th and we start at 11:45am and are done by 1pm.
