Heidi Gladman has served with Avant Ministries for over 20 years, first at the El Jordan Ministry in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and more recently in the head office in Kansas City, Missouri. Sardis Fellowship is Heidi's sending church as she, and her family, were a part of Sardis Fellowship for a number of years before she first went to serve in Bolivia.
