Men and their sons (12+) are invited to come out to Coalmont for a weekend of fellowship and fun. This is a great way to connect with other men in the life of our church for mutual encouragement in our walk with God through study, discussion, testimonies, food, and fun in God's creation.
What is the cost? To cover some fuel and food, the cost is $50/person/day for a total of $150 if you plan to attend the whole weekend.
Arrival/Departure: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to/from the retreat, although carpooling can likely be arranged. We know everyone has different schedules, so arrive anytime that works for you on Friday afternoon (Most head out after work). Attend for the whole weekend, or just one day. It’s up to you. We plan to wrap up on Sunday afternoon. Please note there is no cell or internet service at the cabin.
What are the accommodations? Rustic cabin accommodations are provided, but please plan to bring your own bedding. Those who sign up first will get preferred beds, and we will do our best to accommodate everyone who signs up. Also, please plan to pitch in with cleaning or the kitchen at some point during the weekend.
Do I need to own a quad to attend? No. There are lots of quads and side-by-sides on site for use and to share, but you are welcome to bring your own ride if you prefer.
