Care Needs Serving Opportunities

Care Team: Help with those in need of care in many different ways, including visits and prayer.

Prayer Team: Receive prayer requests and lift up our church and community in prayer.

Family Meals Ministry: Prepare and deliver a meal to families who need it.

Seniors Meals Ministry: Prepare and deliver a meal to seniors who need it.

Ruth and Naomi’s: Help serve meals to those in need at Ruth and Naomi’s every second Monday of the month.

 

Sunday Morning Serving Opportunities

Welcome Team: Greet people as they enter the building on Sunday mornings.

Media Team: Help run the media and tech during our worship services. Includes cameras, sound, and slides.

Worship Team: Sing or play an instrument on our Sunday worship band.

Ushers: Greet people as they enter the main sanctuary for the worship service, and assist people as needed.

Nursery: Help look after kids aged 0-2 in the nursery during the service.

Sardis Kids: Teach Sunday School or be a hall monitor during the Sunday School classes.

Kitchen: Help with food preparation and serving for Sunday mornings, special events, or bible studies.

 

Ministries Serving Opportunities

Event Setup: Help setup for various events we run at the church, as well as cleaning up afterwards.

Sardis Youth: Become a Youth Leader, or help with setup/snacks/cleanup during our weekly Youth program.

Sardis Young Adults: Help lead discussions and connect in our weekly Young Adults group.

Sardis Women: Assist in organizing and supporting our Women’s events.

Sardis Men: Assist in organizing and supporting our Men’s events.

Afternoon Adventures: Assist in leading games, activities, and connecting with kids at Evan’s Elementary.
