Our Care Ministry at Sardis Fellowship seeks to be there for people when going though a time of need, providing practical and emotional support to show love and compassion when it’s needed most. At Sardis Fellowship, we believe that prayer is integral to our faith because is builds our relationship with God and is an active form of worship. Praying allows us to worship God by:

• Praising God for who he is and what he has done

• Receiving forgiveness by confessing and repenting of our sins

• Asking for help and healing

• Receiving peace, joy, comfort, strength, and courage, in all circumstances

• Allowing us to intercede for others

• Giving us opportunity to be part of the work that God is doing on earth

• Allowing us to see beyond ourselves into what God is doing in and through us and others

Outline of Role:

When you join our Prayer Team, you’ll receive regular email updates with prayer requests from our church family and community. As part of this team, you’ll commit to praying faithfully for these needs. Please note that all prayer requests must be kept completely confidential, unless otherwise stated.
