If you or your family would like to bring a bit of light to 22 men who are trying to find their way forward in life and integrate back into society after spending time in prison, please consider filling an Easter basket for them.

Baskets will be given to men who are in the Chilliwack Community Correctional Centre, and are visited by volunteers from M2W2, a Restorative Christian Ministry in our community.

Mostly we are thinking of chocolates and other “Easter” treats, purchased, (no baking please), but if you have a small gift that you think would be encouraging you can include that too. Sardis Fellowship will provide the basket, so please just purchase your items and drop them off at our Church by Friday, March 26th. We will then fill the baskets and wrap them nicely and we are including a Christian-faith-based movie for each resident as well.

Please contact the Church Office to let us know if you are planning to do a basket so that we can ensure we meet our target of 22.
