At Sardis Fellowship we believe that spiritual growth happens when we share our lives with
each other. This cannot happen adequately in a large gathering, so small groups are designed
to nurture our faith experience. They provide a safe place where people connect with God and
others resulting in real community.
Ladies Bible Studies
The vision of our ladies bible studies is to connect women, study and apply bible truths
to our daily lives, and to support one another. Our groups are designed to build community. We have various
study groups with some that offer childcare.
Care Groups
These groups offer a safe environment for you to meet with others for bible study, application,
sharing, listening, accountability, and fellowship. The focus of all our groups is "Truth
meeting life-producing spiritual transformation". Please see our "Small Group Brochure" for details.
Sunday Small Group for Adults
On Sunday morning during the first service (9:30am-10:30am) there is class for adults.
This class runs from September - June and is open to all adults. You are encouraged to attend
the second worship service (11:00am) if you attend this class.
Young Married Couples Group (YMCeh!)
This group of young married couples meet bi-weekly to study, connect, encourage one another
and to have some fun activities. Come on out and enjoy the company of other married couples.

Young Adults
College and Career meets every other Monday in Pastor Rod & Anne Heppell's home. This group meets
at 7:00pm.
Focus Groups

Parenting: This is a course that is offered as required. It is for parents
who desire to be encouraged and to enhance their parenting skills. Marriage: This course helps to enrich marraiges by developing better
communications between spouses. It is also about learning how men and women think
and act differently and how to understand those differences so that it becomes a
positive experience. Runs for 7 weeks, new dates to be announced.
There is a small cost of $20/couple to cover the resource material. Alpha: is presently run once per year Christians in Motion: is focused on helping Christians to live out their faith.
We explore practical steps that Christians can apply in their everyday lives, with the ultimate
aim of both growing in our faith and of reaching and saving the lost. Althought the discussion
topics and DVDs are connected by a common thread, each evening is presented as an individual
unit and we encourage people to drop-in as their schedule allows. We meet Tuesday evenings
at 7:00pm - 9:00pm in the Fireside room at the church. Men's Prayer groups - Thursday mornings - 9:00am Men's Mentoring group
